Ingredients

Salad Base: *

  • Arugula
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil (good quality)
  • Salt
  • Course ground black pepper

Toppings:

  • Blackberries halved
  • Goat cheese crumbled
  • Hazelnuts chopped
  • Cucumbers chopped

Instructions
