Korean Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • ½ lb green beans
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 T olive oil
  • ½ teas sea salt
  • ½ teas Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), plus a little extra to sprinkle on top*
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam Green Beans for 3 minutes

  2. Add green beans to a mixing bowl

  3. Add all remaining ingredients

  4. Toss until well combined

  5. Serve and sprinkle with some additional Gochugaru
