Ingredients

Salad Base: *

  • Arugula
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil (good quality)
  • Salt
  • Course ground black pepper

Toppings: **

  • Fresh mozzarella diced
  • Pepperoni thinly sliced / chopped
  • Salami thinly sliced / chopped
  • Banana peppers coarsely chopped

Instructions
