Ingredients

Salad Base: *

  • Spring Mix
  • Freshly squeezed Mandarin juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil (good quality)
  • Salt
  • Course ground black pepper

Toppings:

  • Mandarin (cut into small wedges)
  • Gorgonzola cheese crumbled or cubed
  • Cacao nibs

Instructions
