Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 medium/small red or white onion quartered
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • 1 chipotle pepper from a can in adobo sauce, plus 2 teas of adobo sauce from can
  • ½ jalapeno pepper (seeded)
  • Handful of cilantro leaves (around ½ cup)
  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • ½ teas sea salt
  • ½ teas black pepper
  • ¼ teas cumin

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Process until it reaches your desired consistency.
