Chili Cheese Spread
This Chili Cheese Spread recipe is delicious and perfect to make ahead for a party.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz block of Colby Jack cubed
- 8 oz block of sharp yellow cheddar cubed
- 4.5 oz can green chiles (undrained)
- 1 teas chili powder
- ½ teas course ground black pepper
- ½ teas garlic powder
- ½ teas onion powder
- Few splashes of Franks Red Hot sauce*
- ¼ cup beer*
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process for several minutes until smooth.**
