  • ½ teas onion powder

Chili Cheese Spread Recipe Notes:

Ingredient Notes: *

For the hot sauce, I love Frank’s Red Hot Sauce the best with this. Add more or less hot sauce depending on desire for heat.  You can also try it out with other hot sauces or omit it if you do not like it spicy.

For the beer, I used Miller Light. Start with ¼ cup of beer. If it is too thick, add a little more. Add little by little, if you are adding more, since you won’t want to add too much!

Instruction Notes: **

This will take around 5 minutes until the spread gets very smooth. The time will depend on your particular food processor that you are using.

For serving, you can top with some chili peppers or chili powder.

This Chili Cheese Spread recipe tastes great at room temperature or hot!  To heat it, place in the microwave for a few minutes, and be sure to stir it occasionally so it is evenly heated through.

Pairings:

I paired this Chili Cheese Spread recipe with Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Wheat Thins.

This can also be enjoyed with crackers, pita chips, crusty bread, tortilla chips, sandwiches, on burgers, and likely much more!

Food Prep:

Making this recipe is quick and simple, and low maintenance if you are bringing it / serving it at a party.
