Baja Sauce Recipe Notes:

Ingredient Notes: *

This Baja Sauce recipe has some heat, but not too spicy. You can make adjustments based on your preferences – like you can add more or less cayenne pepper (or omit). The smoked paprika adds some heat also. You can substitute that for sweet paprika if you want to reduce the heat also.

Instuctions Notes: *

I like to store this Baja Sauce in a condiment container (using a funnel for easy pouring). This way I can easily put it on everything!

Pairings:

This Baja sauce goes well with any type of burritos or tacos. I love it with shrimp tacos!

This also goes well with nachos.

To keep it low carb, you can top over grilled meat like chicken or steaks or add to a salad or bowl. This also makes a nice veggie dip!

Food Prep:

You can make this ahead of time and it should last in your refrigerator for a while. Check the expiry on the sour cream you used – that will indicate how long you can store it.
