Baked Korean BBQ Wings

These Baked Korean BBQ Wings are so amazing! I love baking wings, they come out so crispy and are much healthier than the usual deep-fried wings.  The sauce on these wings is so flavorful with the Gochujang paste!

Baked Korean BBQ Wings Recipe Notes:

Wings Notes: *

* Start with 2 T of olive oil.  Make sure it is enough to coat all the wings. Add more olive oil as needed.

Sauce Notes: *

* If you are watching your carbs, you can use swerve brown sugar.

You could also substitute honey for the brown sugar.

The sauce recipe makes a lot of sauce. It is plenty for 2 pounds, and is also enough to cover 4 pounds.

If you are only making 2 pounds, and you don’t like it super saucy, you do not have to put all of the sauce on it. I love it extra saucy!

Pairings:

Call me crazy – but I love dipping these in blue cheese dressing. I feel like I always have to dip any type of wing into blue cheese. Check out my blue cheese recipe!
