Spicy Whipped Ricotta Dip
This Spicy Whipped Ricotta Dip is the perfect accompaniment to an Italian dinner as an appetizer and is a great pairing to incorporate in a charcuterie board.
Ingredients
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teas hot honey
- Β½ teas coarse black pepper
- Β½ teas sea salt
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T Calabrian chili peppers *
- Juice of a lemon
Instructions

Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.

Transfer to a serving dish.

Top with some Calabrian chili, olive oil, hot honey (optional).

You can adjust the spiciness of this dip by increasing or reducing the amount of Calabrian Chili peppers. If you do not like it spicy at all, you can omit the peppers, and it is still incredibly delicious.

This is perfect to pair with a charcuterie board.
You can pair this with chopped veggies, crackers, bread, or pitas.
Food Prep:
You can make this ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator. Take the dip out an hour ahead of serving.
